Coworking allows workers, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and freelancers from various industries and companies to share an office space at an affordable price.
Is coworking a long-term commitment?
All our membership plans are on a month-to-month basis.
What are your office hours?
Our locations offer 24/7 access to members renting private offices and dedicated bench spaces. Open coworkers will have access to the buildings during business hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. Access cards are required when accessing our buildings after-hours.
How secure are your office premises?
Our Iowa City and Coralville locations automatically lock at 5pm and automatically unlock at 8am. Private offices are both lockable and secure. Access cards are required when accessing our buildings after-hours.
Are phone calls/online meetings an issue in the shared spaces?
Nope! Phone calls and online meetings are like background noise. We ask that you come prepared with a good pair of headphones and you should be set! If you need to make a private call, please reserve one of our conference rooms!
How soon can I start?
ASAP – Walk in and start coworking today! For private offices and dedicated bench spaces, we generally need 1-2 business days notice as we must set up your work area and gather access cards.
How fast is your Internet speed?
Our high-speed fiber internet in all of our Iowa City and Coralville locations are powered by ImOn.
How can I pay for membership?
When you join you’ll be invited to our member portal where you can make payments online with the payment method of your choice. If paying with a check, we will need an invoice beforehand.
Are dogs or other animals welcome?
Our Iowa City location is dog-friendly! We just ask that your dog is well-behaved and droppings in the pedmall are to be picked up.
